We provide you with some general instructions on which procedures to use for the best care of the products you have purchased.

Printed garments (direct to garment printing)

We use the latest Direct To Garment (DTG) technology to offer you a wide variety of garments to print on and colors to design. We use high quality inks that do not fade if cared for correctly.

Printed garments can be machine washed cold, inside out, and gentle cycle with mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You should not use fabric softener or dry clean the garments.

DTG printed garments can be tumble dried on a low heat cycle, but line drying is recommended. To iron them, use a low temperature iron and turn the garment inside out. Do not iron the print.

Please follow these instructions carefully to prevent your print from fading and cracking. If you wash or dry the garment at a high temperature, it could shrink.

Printed garments (direct printing on film)

We use the latest direct-to-film printing technology to offer high-quality prints whose color intensity is maintained over time, so that the color fastness exceeds that of the garment itself.

Direct-to-film garments can be machine washed cold, inside out, on a delicate cycle, using the amount of detergent recommended for your washing machine. Instead, you should not use fabric softener.

They can be machine dried using a low heat setting, but air dry is preferable to help the print last longer. As far as ironing is concerned, do it with the garment inside out, with a cold iron and without passing it through the print.

Follow these instructions carefully to prevent your prints from fading or cracking, as well as to prevent the garment from shrinking if washed or dried at high temperatures.

embroidered garments

Embroidered garments can be machine washed cold, inside out, and on a gentle cycle with mild detergent and like colors. You can use a small amount of chlorine bleach, but non-chlorine bleach is recommended.

If you notice colored residue in the water, rinse the garment in lukewarm water, then cold a few times, but try not to rub the stained embroidery. Embroidered garments can also be dry cleaned.

After washing, do not leave them submerged or wet with a load of clothes. Do not wring embroidered garments either, and if you want to tumble dry them, use a cold air program.

If it is necessary to iron the garment, do it inside out and preferably between two cloths. Do not wet the embroidery before ironing it or use a steam iron.

Our glossy white mugs, glossy black mugs and colored interior mugs are microwave and dishwasher safe, but their printing and coating will last longer if you wash them by hand.

However, enamel mugs should only be washed by hand. You cannot heat liquids or food in enameled mugs either, since doing so can damage their coating.

To ensure that your posters and canvases are well preserved, do not store them in direct sunlight or outdoors. You can dust them with a soft dry cloth or a feather duster.
